Terms of service
Last updated August 20, 2026. These terms apply to this website. Use of the StrideSPED™ product itself is governed by a separate written agreement with the district or organization deploying it.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Pre-launch status
StrideSPED™ is in development. Everything described on this site reflects planned capability at launch. We may change, delay, or drop features as we learn from the classrooms we work with. Nothing here is a contractual commitment to deliver a specific feature on a specific date, and nothing here is an offer of sale.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a volume that degrades service for others, or submit unlawful content. Do not submit student personally identifiable information through any form on this site.
Submissions
Information you send through the pilot interest form is handled as described in our privacy policy. By submitting it, you confirm you are authorized to share the details you provide and that you would like us to contact you.
Intellectual property
The StrideSPED™ name, site content, and design are our property. Zebra, TC201, and TC2x are trademarks of Zebra Technologies Corporation and appear here solely to identify compatible hardware. Reference to that hardware does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
No professional advice
Content on this site is informational. It is not legal advice, clinical advice, or a guarantee of compliance with FERPA, COPPA, IDEA, or any state reporting requirement. Districts should consult their own counsel and compliance staff.
Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
