Privacy policy

Last updated August 20, 2026. This policy covers this website. Product-level student data handling is governed separately by the agreement a district signs.

Who we are

StrideSPED™ is a pre-launch software product for special education programs. This website exists to describe the product and to let interested schools request early access.

What this website collects

We collect only what you type into the pilot interest form: your name, work email address, role, school or district, and any optional details you choose to add about your program. Nothing on this site asks for student information, and you should not submit any.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking cookies, and no cross-site profiling tools. Because we use no cookies that require consent, you will not see a cookie banner. Aggregate, cookie-free visit counts may be recorded to understand which pages are useful. That measurement stores no IP addresses and no personal identifiers.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to contact you about StrideSPED™ and to understand what special education programs need. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Email you receive from us

Any email we send in response to your request identifies who we are, explains why you are receiving it, and includes a working way to opt out. Ask us to stop and we stop, promptly and without argument.

Student data in the product

When StrideSPED™ is deployed in a school, the district remains the owner of all student records. We act as a service provider under FERPA, and we do not use student data for advertising, product marketing, or training unrelated systems. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and each district's records are isolated from every other tenant.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your record entirely. We will act on that request and confirm when it is done.

Accessibility

We build this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the Department of Justice web accessibility rule for state and local government entities. If any part of this site is difficult to use with your assistive technology, tell us and we will fix it.
